Home Maintenance Inspections
It is recommended that a home should have an annual or bi-annual maintenance inspection. Like an annual physical, a maintenance inspection can catch issues early and give you the peace of mind of a clean bill of health. It is a way to keep little problems from turning into big problems.
Systems Inspections
A systems inspection will help you determine the condition of the systems in your home, such as HVAC and electrical. We will check the condition of equipment and assess whether or not they are required to be serviced.

Rental Inspections – Baltimore City and County
Baltimore City requires all rental properties to be inspected by a licensed home inspector who is registered with the Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Developments. As well, Maryland state requires all rental properties that were built before 1978 to obtain a Lead Inspection. Pyramid Inspections is partnered with A.K. Contracting LLC to do visual Lead inspections.
