Pyramid Inspections LLC’s mission is to provide quality inspection services in a responsible, professional, and ethical manner. Our goal is to establish customer satisfaction and trust with the most progressive services and tools. Pyramid Inspections LLC is owned by Kenneth Basnight who is a Maryland state licensed, National Exam certified, and InterNACHI certified professional Inspector. MD License# 34169 InterNACHI ID# NACHI19092506. Kenneth is also registered with Baltimore City as a Rental Licensing Inspector.
Kenneth is a General Contractor (licensed in Commercial and Residential construction) with 40 years of Carpentry experience and over 16 years’ experience in the Construction business owning A. K. Contracting LLC– MHIC#132637.
His knowledge and background allow him to thoroughly answer his client’s questions before, during and after an inspection. Pyramid Inspections LLC offers online scheduling for you 24/7, 365 days a year.
Kenneth performs inspections in accordance with the code of ethics and standards of practice set forth by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI).
In addition to providing a complete written report with photos, Kenneth differentiates by taking body cam footage of all inspections, which he also makes available to his clients
